2. Subject of the Contract
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions applies to the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The contract is concluded electronically between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.
3. Order Process
The Customer selects the desired product or service.
By clicking the “Order” or “Purchase” button, the Customer submits the order.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order by email.
The contract is thereby concluded.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices indicated are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer.
The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):
Products made to individual specifications
Digital content where performance has begun and the consumer has waived the right of withdrawal
7. Complaint Handling
The Customer may submit a complaint using the Service Provider’s contact details.
The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may contact a conciliation body.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
any technical errors that may occur on the website
misunderstandings arising from the customer’s own fault
performance issues resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer
9. Copyright
All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
The contract is concluded electronically and is not filed.
Hungarian law shall govern the contract.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions, which shall not affect previous orders.
